Job summary

Crisis in London is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Manager to lead major donor engagement and grow our philanthropy programme. You will manage a portfolio of high-value supporters and secure transformational gifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and developing relationships with major donors and securing five- and six-figure gifts.
• Strong track record of generating new business and managing supporters through the fundraising pipeline.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of new and existing major donors, securing gifts at the £100,000 level and developing tailored engagement strategies.
• Identify and cultivate prospective supporters, create funding proposals and reports, and work with colleagues to uncover funding opportunities and deliver donor experiences.
• Help shape team strategy, contribute to income growth and deputise for the Philanthropy Lead when required.
