Purpose of Role

A leading Facilities Management company is looking for a Maintenance Technician with a plumbing bias to join their team on a static site based in Titchfield, Fareham. This permanent role is ideal for someone experienced in general plumbing and maintenance, looking for stability and a supportive working environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing tasks
• General plumbing duties including pipework, leaks, blockages, and installations
• Support with other basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site protocols
• Complete service records and documentation accurately

Essential Qualifications/Skills

• Recognised plumbing qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent)
• Experience in a similar maintenance or FM role
• Good knowledge of building services and reactive repair work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
