Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering and maintenance operations at a high-profile, prestigious site in Wembley, North West London. You will lead a skilled team, manage essential building services, and ensure safety, compliance and reliability across critical systems.

The role offers a competitive £60,000–£65,000 salary with excellent benefits and long-term career progression within a leading engineering organisation.

Competenze

• Experience managing maintenance operations in large commercial buildings or complex estates.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience leading multi-skilled engineering teams and managing subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance.

Mansioni

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of electrical, mechanical and building fabric engineers.
• Oversee all planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and remedial works.
• Ensure full statutory compliance, including health and safety, inspections, certifications and maintenance records.
• Manage engineering team performance, development, training and daily operations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities around demanding operational requirements and events.
• Ensure critical building services and engineering systems operate safely and reliably.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and external service providers.
• Build relationships with senior client representatives and stakeholders.
• Monitor maintenance performance, SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations.
• Support lifecycle planning, asset management and continuous improvement.
• Utilise CAFM systems to manage maintenance schedules and reporting.
