CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead an estates team in North West London. You will manage electrical services, contractor relationships, and statutory compliance within a high-profile building.

Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will plan refurbishments, ensure safety testing and energy efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across facilities operations in a demanding, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical apprenticeship and qualifications (C&G/HNC/HND).
• Proven background in a hard services maintenance role.
• Experience managing contractors.
• Experience working within large estate environments.
• Strong people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Control of electrical services and engineering contracts.
• Manage statutory compliance.
• Oversee building services, maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with refurbishment project management.
• Ensure plant and monitoring systems are maintained and tested.
• Coordinate outsourced contracts and contractors.
• Lead regular update meetings with contract managers.
• Provide technical guidance to maintain electrical systems.
• Drive sustainability and energy efficiency improvements.
