Job summary

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge with CNC fault-finding.
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and PPM programmes.
- Proactive, hands-on leadership developing maintenance engineers and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the maintenance team.
- Manage planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure maximum availability and reliability of production equipment.
- Oversee CNC machinery maintenance and related equipment.
- Support fault finding and improvements to reduce downtime.
