Job summary

Greencore Group plc in Devizes is seeking a Maintenance Section Manager to lead engineering and operations, maintaining and optimizing food processing and packaging assets. You will oversee planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance, driving improvements and practical solutions to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Recognised engineering apprenticeship (C&G/EAL NVQ Level 3/4 or OAL FDEM Diploma).
• Food Safety Level 2 and IOSH Managing Safely qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance of processing and packaging assets, both planned and reactive.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency and performance.
• Mentor and develop the engineering team and ensure asset availability.
