Job summary

Technical Network Recruitment is assisting a client in finding a Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Wales. You will lead preventative maintenance, support machine installations, and coordinate with engineering and safety teams to ensure safe, efficient operation.

The role requires experience with food process equipment, strong diagnostic skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior leadership across production, Health and Safety, Quality and NPD.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing/production environments, preferably in the Food or beverage sector.
• Experience driving H&S, Food Safety andPeople Leadership within a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on machines and equipment across the Factory.
• Respond to emergency machine breakdowns.
• Involved in design, installation and movement of existing machines; overhaul and repair of machines.
• Ensure machines and equipment are safe, working efficiently and fit for purpose.
• Lead safety initiatives and promote safe working practices.
