Job summary

Hunter Selection | B Corp™ is partnering with a leading Attleborough-based manufacturing site to recruit a Maintenance Engineer. You will perform PPMs and breakdowns on on-site equipment to maximise uptime and reliability.

The role operates on a 4 on 4 off days pattern, offering a salary up to £56,000, 23 shifts, and a strong progression pathway with extensive training and internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• A level 3 or higher in an engineering discipline.
• A good attitude towards working in a team.
• Electrical experience/certificates.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and breakdowns on manufacturing machinery on site.
• Contribute to small projects/continuous improvement works.
• Work within a team of engineers and report to the Engineering Manager or shift lead.
