As a Maintenance Lead, you'll be part of the 3-person Line Structure Management Team. A maintenance lead role in an integrated work system (IWS) is responsible for reducing maintenance and breakdown losses while maintaining a deep understanding of the relevant engineering and technology.

What is IWS? Intersnack Work Systems is our approach to improving manufacturing reliability, reducing costs, and increasing productivity. It is based on two principles: drive to zero losses and 100% employee ownership.

What will you be doing?

• Owning the Progressive Maintenance (PM) system for your line(s).
• Building capability within operating teams and equipment owners to deliver overall line results.
• Involved in problem solving and managing key line systems.
• Coaching and developing teams as a technical coach and resource.

• Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) & using Lean tools and techniques
• Strong engineering and problem-solving skills
• Preferably (food) manufacturing experience
