Job summary

TXM Recruit are recruiting a Senior Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. Based in Dartford, you will cover 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties every 4 weeks for emergencies.

Salary is £48,812 per year with overtime potential, a company van and fuel card, and an extensive benefits package. Your duties include PPMs on HVAC systems, compressor replacement, 4-port valve replacements and VRV

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (6 points max).
• Recognised apprenticeship in AC, plumbing or mechanical bias.

Responsibilities

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems.
• Compressor replacement including brazing.
• Replacing 4-port valves.
• Work on VRV systems.
• Prepare technical reports and support diagnostic AC surveys.
• Assist with minor fabric work in stores when required.

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

• Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours
• Working hours - 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
• On Call - 1 in 4 weeks on call. - This is for emergencies only.
• Salary - £48,812/Yr.
• Location Dartford, Welling and Bromley
• Extra - Overtime available after 45 hours

Your duties will be yet not limited to

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
• Experience in changing a compressor which includes brazing
• Experience in Replacing 4 port valves
• Experience on VRV Systems
• Technical Support
• Technical Reports
• AC Surveys to diagnose faults
• You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the stores if ever required.

Requirements

• Full UK License - 6 points max.
• Recognized Apprenticeship (AC, plumbing or mechanical bias)
