Job summary

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

Your duties will be yet not limited to the listed tasks; PPMs on HVAC, compressor brazing, valve replacements, VRV systems, and producing technical reports are expected. You may assist with minor fabric work in stores when required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license with up to 6 points.
• F-Gas Cat 1 qualification held at minimum.
• Apprenticeship or formal qualification in AC/HVAC services.

Responsibilities

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience replacing a compressor with brazing.
• Experience replacing 4 port valves.
• Experience on VRV systems.
• Provide technical support and create reports.
• AC surveys to diagnose faults.

Education

Full UK License - 6 points max.

F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified

Recognized Apprenticeship or Qualified to AC/HVAC Services

Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

• Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours


• Working hours - 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)


• On Call - 1 in 4 weeks on call. - This is for emergencies only.


• Salary - £48,812/Yr.


• Location -Kent


• Extra - Overtime available after 45 hours

Your duties will be yet not limited to

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems


• Experience in changing a compressor which includes brazing


• Experience in Replacing 4 port valves


• Experience on VRV Systems


• Technical Support


• Technical Reports


• AC Surveys to diagnose faults

You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the stores if ever required.

Requirements

• Full UK License - 6 points max.
