Job Opportunity: Senior Maintenance Electrician with HV/LV AP Qualifications

Equans, a leader in energy and services contracting and part of the Bouygues group, specializes in designing, constructing, and maintaining infrastructure worldwide. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Maintenance Electrician to join our estates team at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.

Position Details:

• Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Hours: 40 hours/week, 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technician for electrical building services installation and maintenance
• Apply and share trade skills, including training team members
• Ensure statutory obligations and maintenance tasks are completed within SLA and KPIs
• Perform AP/RP roles as appropriate or through training
• Conduct testing and inspection according to City & Guilds standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recognized electrical trade apprenticeship or equivalent qualification to level 3
• HV & LV AP qualified
• Experience with building services, air handling, and water hygiene
• Healthcare experience and medical gases knowledge are advantageous
• Willingness to cross-skill
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
• Good planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
