Job summary

Additional Resources in London seeks a Maintenance Coordination Supervisor to oversee roofing, damp and restoration coordination, manage client enquiries, survey bookings and project delivery. The role is office-based with a possible Fridays work-from-home option after probation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in scheduling and project administration within property services, and strong knowledge of two of the three areas: roofing, damp or restoration. A bonus scheme is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in two of roofing, damp and restoration (essential).
• 5+ years in scheduling, coordinating and project administration.
• Experience scheduling works for engineers, surveyors and subcontractors.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM/PM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support roofing, damp and restoration coordinators.
• Manage client enquiries, survey bookings, job scheduling and delivery.
• Act as main contact between clients, surveyors, trades and internal teams.
• Schedule surveyors on jobs based on expertise and review reports.
• Brief and manage subcontractors; monitor progress and docs.
• Keep job-tracking data, track margins, issue invoices and follow payments.
• Perform other duties as required.
