Job summary

Staffline in Chichester is seeking a Maintenance Controls Engineer to provide expert technical support, optimise processes and implement long-term solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance. The role focuses on driving innovative control concepts and upgrading facilities, processes and models.

You will support continuous improvement by developing team capabilities, identifying training needs and delivering relevant training activities to stay ahead of technological changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience within maintenance and an automated equipment environment.
• Understand how to follow standards and safety requirements to ensure legally compliant.
• Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to train others within the team.
