Synergi Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a site in Chichester. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits, including pension and healthcare, with a focus on maintaining high-speed production machinery.

You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, record refurbishment data, support operations with training materials, and work with cross-functional teams to solve problems while driving continuous improvement in maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

• Apprentice-trained electrical maintenance engineer with an NVQ3 in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with high-speed production machinery and PLC control systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on high-speed production machinery.
• Record data on refurbishments and overhauls that are required.
• Develop training materials for operations teams.
• Collaborate with other teams to solve problems.
• Continually improve equipment maintenance strategies.
• Analyse PLC faults and diagnose external faults.
