Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on Mechanical & Electrical projects across commercial, industrial, infrastructure and rail sectors. Based on projects located between Manchester and North London, you will manage contracts from pre-contract through final account, protecting profitability and client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS in the M&E/building services sector.
• Strong NEC contracts knowledge and contract administration.
• Understanding of contract law and commercial management principles.
• Experience managing projects from pre-contract through final account.
• Experience procuring and managing subcontract packages.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong financial and commercial reporting capability.
• High competence with Excel and reporting systems.
• Rail project experience beneficial.
• Experience in live M&E environments.

Aufgaben

• Manage the commercial performance of multiple M&E projects from contract award through to final account.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly cost reports and commercial reviews.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with commercial objectives and targets.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Project Managers with commercial decision-making.
• Administer contracts and provide guidance to project teams.
• Manage Early Warning Notices, Compensation Events and contractual correspondence.
• Procure subcontract packages and major materials; analyse quotations and negotiate terms.
• Prepare interim applications for payment and final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
