Job summary

Foster & May in London is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor or Associate Director to join one of the largest M&E Quantity Surveying teams in the city. You will work across iconic projects including healthcare schemes, data centres and high-rise buildings, leading with support from the team.

The ideal candidate will have an M&E/MEP background and strong pre and post-contract knowledge, preferably with MRICS.

Qualifications

• MRICS preferred, not essential
• M&E / MEP background
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead on projects with support from the team
