CHS Group is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead day-to-day commercial management on a £40m residential development in London. The role requires strong procurement, valuations, cash flow forecasting and excellent stakeholder communication.

You will operate within a national MEP contractor with a track record on large-scale residential schemes; experience handling UK projects over £10m is essential, and the team places emphasis on training and staff wellbeing.

Qualifikationen

• Residential sector experience preferred.
• Experience with top 10 M&E contractors advantageous.
• Experience managing M&E projects > £10m in the UK is expected.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day commercial management on the scheme.
• Prepare and submit valuations and variation assessments.
• Manage procurement and cost reporting to maximise profitability and cash flow.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Foster collaborative working relationships with client and supply chain.
