METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join the EGL1 Project team, based in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear. The role holds full responsibility for delivering major Building Services, Auxiliary Systems and HV equipment installation contracts across the project.

You will coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Commercial activities, manage budgets and risks, and maintain the integrated programme milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in managing major M&E, industrial, power generation or HV contracts.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and contractor management.

Responsabilités

• Act as the single point of accountability for M&E and HV installation contracts from award to handover.
• Lead delivery of Building Services, Auxiliary Systems, transformer installation, MV systems, and HV installation packages.
• Manage contractor performance, programme milestones, quality targets and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction and commissioning interfaces and submissions.
• Manage package budgets, forecast performance, change events, variations and risks.
