• Experience leading M&E installations in commercial/industrial schemes.
• Proven ability to manage projects up to multi‑million scale and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Strong client liaison and commercial awareness; able to drive delivering on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E installations on new build commercial/industrial projects including warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate and manage internal teams and subcontractors; ensure design, construction and commissioning meet requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships, report progress and manage risk and change across projects.
