Job summary

Robertson Stewart Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead M&E and Building Services installations in Preston and surrounding areas. You will manage mechanical installation projects on commercial and industrial schemes, coordinating with site teams and subcontractors to deliver on time, to budget and to high standards.

The role requires proven experience in mechanical services delivery, client-facing meetings, and a proactive, commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&E / Building Services project management.
• Background delivering mechanical installations in commercial/industrial schemes.
• Experience liaising with main contractors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage mechanical installation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Lead client meetings, report progress, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
