Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited seeks an M&E Engineer to join the M25 DBFO project. You will provide technical assurance, review design proposals, and lead multi-disciplinary design delivery from concept to construction within tunnel environments.

This role requires a degree in Electrical or related field, proven M&E project experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with DMRB, MCHW, and UK regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical projects.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the DMRB, MCHW and UK regulations and standards.
• Be a member of a professional body or working towards professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assurance and reviews of design proposals ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
• Lead engineering reviews to drive innovative solutions safe for installation and asset needs.
• Coordinate design and sequencing of multi-disciplinary schemes within the tunnel environment.
• Lead the design and technical delivery of M&E projects from concept through to construction.
• Coordinate liaison with National Highways and stakeholders and support continual improvement.
