Job summary

CMS is seeking a Senior Associate to join its London Corporate practice, within the Technology, Media & Communications (TMC) and Gambling team. You will work on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A, venture capital and strategic corporate transactions for founders, growth companies and institutional investors.

You will collaborate with partners and sector specialists across our global network to deliver complex deals, develop sector expertise, and build long-term client

Qualifications

• Minimum PQE of 5 years.
• Experience in TMC and Gambling sectors is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with clients.
• Experience transacting in the TMC and/or Gambling sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lead role on complex corporate transactions and manage teams.
• Develop and nurture existing and new client relationships in TMC and Gambling.
• Collaborate with tax, IP, data protection, and other specialists to deliver deals.
• Supervise mid-level and junior associates and trainees.
• Promote and adopt sophisticated AI usage to enhance deal workflows.
