PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a Senior M&A Transaction Manager to lead high-stakes deals in 2025. You will guide transactions from outreach to close while coordinating with clients, target businesses, and professional advisors.

You will manage deal teams, mentor juniors, develop information memos, teasers, and buyer packs, and shape market-ready pitches and financial analysis to win new clients. This role requires CA or equivalent with 3–5 years of M&A experience, strong numbers, and a

Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 3-5 years of M&A experience.
Experience in buy-side, sell-side, and finance-raising activities.
Strong numerical, financial, and modeling skills with solid understanding of financial statements.

Responsibilities

Executing Transactions: Take charge of deal processes, guiding transactions from start to finish.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead deal teams, manage local team dynamics, and coach junior colleagues.
Client Relations: Build and nurture relationships with clients, target businesses, and industry intermediaries, while driving outreach initiatives.
Document Development: Oversee the creation of key documentation-Information Memoranda, Teasers, Buyer Research Packs, and more.
Market Insight: Develop pitches, presentations, and marketing materials to attract new clients and partners.
Financial Analysis: Review and assess financial models to provide insightful recommendations.
Business Origination: Lead efforts to expand origination capabilities.
