Job summary

Pro-Tax in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior M&A Transaction Manager for a year of growth in 2025. You will lead deal teams, drive buy-side and sell-side transactions, and shape client outcomes through strategic analysis and execution.

You'll manage dynamics across teams, craft market pitches, and oversee Information Memoranda and other deal documents while maintaining high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 3–5 years of M&A experience.
• Experience in buy-side, sell-side, and finance-raising activities.
• Strong numerical and financial modelling skills with solid understanding of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal processes from initiation to completion.
• Head deal teams, manage local team dynamics, and coach junior colleagues.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, target businesses, and intermediaries; drive outreach.
