Job summary

Burberry in London is seeking a Designer, Architecture to shape our global luxury retail portfolio, leading flagship design projects and translating brand vision into distinctive environments.

In the Architecture Design Studio, you will craft concepts across façades, layouts and experiential spaces, mentoring junior designers, and presenting ideas to senior leadership. Fluency in English and a degree in Architecture or Interior Design are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree level in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead flagship and high-complexity retail design projects, driving concept creation, spatial strategy, and experiential innovation.
• Develop and present highly creative design ideas using sketches, renders, and 3D models.
• Work independently with concise decision-making, progressing design with minimal oversight.
• Produce detailed design packs including facades, layouts, elevations and construction details.
• Manage external studios and consultants, reviewing design deliverables.
• Source innovative materials and techniques while ensuring practicality and longevity.
