Dweet in Bicester Village is seeking a luxury retail professional to join their team as a Store Associate. You will be a Brand Ambassador, delivering personalised service and building client loyalty while supporting sales and stock/merchandising tasks.

We value a minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, a strong client book, and fluent English. A second language is a plus as you engage with discerning clients and maintain impeccable standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in luxury retail
• Fluency in English mandatory; second language a plus
• Proven ability to build client loyalty and high-value client book
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and delivering first-class, personalised service throughout visits
• Acting as Brand Ambassador to maximise profitable sales
• Supporting Sales Team to ensure smooth transactions
• Assisting on and off the sales floor and back-of-house duties
• Contributing to visual merchandising guidelines and inventory/shipping tasks
• Collecting clients' CRM details to nurture relationships
• Developing product knowledge through in-store training
• Supporting stock control and management
