White Space Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Interior Designer for a North London-based high-end residential developer. This full-time, client-facing role involves leading design from concept to completion in a prestigious portfolio of projects, with five days in the office.

You will oversee FF&E, sourcing, budgeting, and stakeholder liaison to deliver refined interiors that meet top-tier standards. The role requires a strong portfolio and leadership in a design-led team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in high-end residential design.
• Strong portfolio of luxury interior projects.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process across multiple high-end residential projects.
• Client facing and strong presentation skills.
• Develop and present creative concepts, mood boards, and detailed specifications.
• Source premium furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories.
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and budgeting.
• Produce detailed FF&E schedules and documentation.
• Oversee installation and styling to ensure design integrity.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and polished experience.
