Responsibilities

• 90% hands-on in the Rust or Java codebase for low-latency services.
• Lead integration of functions to meet goals and deploy new products.
• Analyse complex business and system processes to define solutions.
• Provide world-class expertise in Java low-latency development.
• Contribute to architecture, design, and performance tuning of critical systems.
• Mentor junior developers and less experienced seniors.
