Rhenus Logistics in Cannock is seeking a proactive Logistics Sales professional to grow Overland services regionally. You will lead end-to-end sales, build a high-value pipeline, and tailor cost-effective logistics solutions.

Collaboration with branches, CS, and finance supports onboarding and service delivery. Candidates should have at least 2 years in logistics sales (road freight preferred), strong communication, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years logistics sales experience, preferably within the road freight business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Promote and develop full range of Overland services within a defined region.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
• Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline of high-value prospects.
• Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
• Help design customized, innovative, and cost-effective logistics solutions for diverse client needs.
• Achieve given targets as directed by management.
• Collaborate with local branch management, customer service, implementation and finance teams for onboarding and delivery.
• Ensure customers use Rhenus online tools such as Track and Trace and online booking platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of the competition and marketplace.
• Any other tasks commensurate with the role.
• Ensure Rhenus’ company compliance policy is adhered to at all times.
