Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead complex project logistics, focusing on strategy, material movements, and transport planning. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and integration with central logistics teams to share best practices across the business.

Ideal candidates will drive utilisation of delivery management systems, implement CCC-related processes, and ensure safety and sustainability standards are upheld on site.

Qualifications

• Create major project logistics strategy documents including Site/ Factory setup mobilisation plans.
• Forecast materials, develop flows and reporting; lead entry/exit planning for materials with Delivery Management System.
• Develop transport profiles for road, rail, shipping, and forecast vehicle movements and quantities.
• Develop people forecasting, monitoring and reporting of data.
• Support demand profiling for site utilities and project mobilisation activities.
• Have knowledge of Construction Consolidation Centres (CCC) and safety considerations for loads.

Responsabilités

• Lead the creation of major project logistics strategy documents and mobilisation plans.
• Manage materials forecasting, flow development and reporting for project logistics.
• Forecast and coordinate transport movements across road, rail and shipping.
• Develop workforce forecasting and data reporting to support project needs.
• Support during site mobilisation coordinating design, installation and handover to operations.
