Job summary

Data Analyst role in London, hybrid (4 days onsite). A VC-backed logistics tech company seeks a data analyst to own courier performance measurement and improvement across Last Mile.

You’ll design experiments, build segmentation and risk scores, and translate data into clear decisions that drive operations.

Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering and Operations to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to design robust experiments.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Expertise in segmentation, risk scoring and operational analytics.
• Background in logistics, marketplaces, or performance management is a bonus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

I’m working with a high-growth, VC-backed logistics tech company that is transforming how goods move in the e-commerce world. They’re looking for a Data Analyst to take ownership of how courier performance is measured, understood and improved across their Last Mile network.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own analytics around courier performance and fleet quality
• Design and evaluate experiments to improve operational outcomes
• Analyse trade-offs between speed, quality and risk
• Build segmentation, risk scores and performance frameworks
• Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering and Operations
• Turn complex data into clear decisions and measurable impact

What they’re looking for:

• Advanced SQL
• Experience with experimentation / A-B testing
• Comfortable with segmentation, risk scoring and operational analytics
• Strong commercial & problem-solving mindset
• Able to work autonomously and influence non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, performance management or operational analytics would be a bonus.
