Are you a highly organised logistics professional with a passion for luxury interiors? We’ve partnered with a pioneering interiors company known for their curated, made-to-order collections to find a Senior Logistics Executive to support their rapid growth. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of global logistics coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of client orders across the US and beyond.

About the Role:

  • Liaise with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to secure competitive shipping quotes and timelines.
  • Coordinate packing, crating, pickups, and global deliveries with efficiency and precision.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with customs procedures.
  • Provide clear updates to clients regarding imports/exports and delivery timelines.
  • Track and manage returns, samples, and catalogues.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Is currently in a Logistics Executive position, ideally within the luxury interiors or fine art sector.
  • Is tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a definite plus.
  • Has experience with international imports and exports, ideally involving the US market.
  • Has strong planning, coordination, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
