Reed in Northampton is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to support our growing logistics and fulfilment operations. The role focuses on building client relationships, delivering excellent service, and acting as the primary point of contact for client issues.

Daily duties include resolving escalations, monitoring service delivery, analysing data, and assisting with onboarding and training. A proactive, analytical mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, fulfilment, client operations or other client-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using bespoke systems, CRM and ticketing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements; collaborative, client-centric approach.

Responsibilities
