Job Title: Senior Logistics Coordinator/Planner
Location: Reading (Fully On-Site)
Salary: Up to 5,000 Basic + 6k Car Allowance + 10% bonus

The team is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients while ensuring seamless coordination of hauliers, logistics, and event facilities.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Logistics Coordinator/Planner to join our team. You will manage the end-to-end logistics process, liaising with clients, hauliers, and suppliers to ensure effective movement of modular builds and other products. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to utilise your organisational skills and hands-on approach to enhance logistics coordination and optimise product and stock distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
2. Coordinate and schedule hauliers for the timely transport of products.
3. Manage logistics related to moving cabins, event accommodation, and modular builds.
4. Monitor and update delivery schedules, addressing any challenges promptly.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
6. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

About You:

We're looking for someone with a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will:

1. Have prior experience in logistics, coordination, or a similar role (experience in events or construction is a plus).
2. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Be detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
4. Be capable of multitasking and prioritising effectively.
5. Have a working knowledge of logistics software (preferred but not essential).
