Job summary

Midway Care Group is seeking an experienced Locality Manager to oversee our supported living services in Wolverhampton. You will provide strategic leadership, ensure CQC compliance, and develop person-centred care plans to promote independence and choice.

You will recruit and develop a passionate team, respond to referrals, and manage occupancy targets while safeguarding residents. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supported living services or similar settings.
• Strong leadership with a proactive and compassionate approach.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for our supported living service.
• Ensure services meet and exceed CQC standards.
• Develop and maintain person-centred care plans that promote independence and choice.
• Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team to deliver exceptional care.
• Respond to new referrals, complete thorough assessments, and ensure occupancy targets are met.
• Monitor staff performance, provide supervision, and support professional development.
