Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to develop insights, optimise performance across brands, and advance our data landscape with new technologies. You will play a key role in transitioning from GDW to GCP and provide actionable insights to price and proposition decisions.

Collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will design and deliver high-quality analytics solutions and translate complex data into clear recommendations while championing data

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in data science, analytics, Agentic AI, machine learning or modelling.
• Proficiency in data analysis, customer analytics, forecasting, pricing, segmentation and visualisation tools (e.g. Agentic AI, ML, Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. GCP native tools).
• Apply product-led thinking to reporting and analytics initiatives, ensuring user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop insights through data and analytics capabilities to optimise performance across brands.
• Support the evolution of the data landscape, employing new technologies and tools.
• Play an active role in transitioning from GDW to GCP.
• Provide actionable insight to optimise performance, inform pricing and proposition decisions.
• Influence customer demand across journeys.
• Collaborate with Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver data led insights.
• Design, build, and deliver high-quality analytics and insight solutions.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.
• Champion data quality, governance, and responsible data use.
• Work collaboratively with Technical Engineers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects.
