Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive performance and customer outcomes across Retail Operations in the UK. You will lead analytics at the intersection of data, operations, and customer experience, translating complex data into actionable insights for tactical and strategic decision-making.

You will manage a team, coordinate benefit tracking, and support our three-year plan process while partnering with operational leaders to present evidence-based insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates experience in leading operational analytics, insights, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, processes and demand drivers.
• Proven leadership in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Clear communicator able to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Curious, customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
