Montpellier Resourcing is representing a boutique property lending group based in London seeking a Senior Loan Administrator. You will manage the loan lifecycle, oversee drawdowns, and coordinate with solicitors/surveyors to ensure security and compliance.

The role emphasizes development finance experience, UK banking operations, and hands-on use of the Phoebus system to post and reconcile loan activity. A discretionary annual bonus and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Development finance experience preferred.
• Experience in UK banking operations with property development finance is essential.
• Technical understanding of taking security for secured lending.
• Ability to collaborate with solicitors and surveyors.
• Phoebus experience is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end loan lifecycle from implementation to control.
• Oversee drawdown by reviewing QS reports and payment certificates.
• Coordinate with solicitors and surveyors to satisfy security and monitoring needs.
• Post transactions in Phoebus and reconcile loan accounts.
• Carry out CDD/AML checks and monitor arrears and escalations.
• Open and update loan accounts in Phoebus and support land advances.
• Assist with redemptions, collect outstanding interest and charges, prepare security releases.
• Produce monthly MI and verify complex financial statements.
