Job summary

IPS -Impact Productions ( Milton Keynes) Ltd is seeking an experienced Asset & Procurement Manager to own the equipment assets and procurement functions across our fast-paced live events business. You will manage the full equipment lifecycle from purchasing and asset tracking to maintenance, replacement and disposal, while leading a small team and building strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Asset management, procurement, stock management or related role with team leadership.
• Commercially aware, highly organized, skilled in supplier negotiations.
• Experience in live events, AV, staging or equipment rental; HireTrack knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage IPS's equipment inventory and asset-management processes.
• Oversee procurement of equipment, parts and consumables.
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
• Monitor equipment utilisation, condition, repairs and lifecycle.
• Support capital expenditure and equipment investment decisions.
• Manage stocktakes, asset audits and disposal.
• Maintain asset information and reporting.
• Lead and develop the Asset & Procurement team.
