Job summary

The ideal candidate will be a solicitor at Associate or Partner level with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and a proven ability to manage a workload while contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Solicitor at Associate or Partner level with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
• Extensive experience handling complex commercial disputes.
• Ability to manage an existing caseload and contribute to the team’s growth by generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-value Court of Session cases, including shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contract disputes and insolvency matters.
• Manage a caseload and help grow the firm's client base through business development.
