Austen Lloyd is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive to join its busy and collaborative litigation team in Berkshire. You will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes from instruction to resolution.

The role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent advocacy and a track record of supervising junior colleagues, with 8+ years' PQE and a proactive approach to business development.

Qualificações

• 8+ years' PQE with civil and commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to manage a varied litigation caseload independently.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation and client-relations skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload from instruction to resolution.
• Handle insolvency, contentious probate and commercial disputes.
• Advise on shareholder, partnership, directors' and consumer disputes.
• Represent clients in mediation and court proceedings as needed.
• Develop client relationships and support business growth.
