Job summary

eNL in South Wales seeks an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join as Partner/Legal Director, leading a growing public sector disputes practice. You will manage procurement challenges, commercial disputes and complex litigation with substantial client exposure.

The role requires 8+ years PQE and a strong record in dispute resolution, plus the ability to develop client relationships and drive business development across the Wales practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE in litigation and dispute resolution
• Strong track record in commercial disputes and procurement challenges
• Experience in developing client relationships and driving business development
• Supervising or mentoring junior lawyers is advantageous
