Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters including contracts, property, and corporate disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, affidavits, and court documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Lead discovery processes including document review and examinations.
• Negotiate settlements and advise on litigation strategy.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and legal staff.
