Job summary

microTECH Global Limited in Northampton seeks a Senior Process Engineer specialising in Lithography to lead development, optimise production and drive continuous improvement in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

The role covers photolithography and e-beam lithography, with emphasis on yield, defect reduction and NPI. Collaboration with Process, Equipment, Product Engineering, Manufacturing and R&D is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in semiconductor lithography processes.
Strong knowledge of SPC, DOE, Six Sigma and root-cause analysis.
Experience in high-technology manufacturing/cleanroom environments.
Engineering or science degree related to the field.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimise and sustain photolithography and e-beam lithography processes.
Support and optimise scanners, steppers, mask aligners, coaters, developers and e-beam systems.
Improve critical dimensions, overlay, yield and process capability.
Lead process development, qualification and equipment cross-qualification.
Analyse manufacturing data using SPC, DOE, Six Sigma and statistical techniques.
Drive yield, defect, scrap and cycle-time improvement.
Support NPI and technology transfer.
Work with Process, Equipment, Product Engineering, Manufacturing and R&D teams.
Provide technical support for process and equipment issues.
