Zusammenfassung

TechNET is seeking an experienced Linux & Cloud Operations Engineer to join a highly skilled Systems and Network team responsible for production infrastructure. The role is predominantly remote, with London attendance about 2 days per month, and hotel accommodation provided when required.

You will manage Linux-based infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments with emphasis on reliability, automation and security, including AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of production Linux administration experience.
• Hands-on Linux troubleshooting in production environments.
• Experience with AWS in production.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Scripting in Bash and Python.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting complex applications.
• Experience with MySQL and/or MongoDB databases.
• Exposure to virtualization like VMware or Proxmox.
• Good understanding of networking and infrastructure security.
• Ability to implement security controls in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Install, monitor, and maintain Linux servers and infrastructure.
• Support production environments across AWS and container platforms.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot production applications.
• Write scripts to automate operational tasks and deployments.

• Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls.
• Improve infrastructure reliability, automation and operational efficiency.
