Job summary

RWS Global is seeking a Senior Lighting Technician to join Marella Cruises, reporting to the Entertainment Technical Manager. You will operate lighting and video systems for production shows in the Broadway Show Lounge and other venues onboard, delivering shows to the highest technical standards.

You will also maintain equipment, assist with set-ups, train junior crew, and support safety procedures. The role requires at least 2 years of lighting/AV experience, Grand MA2 knowledge, and skills in

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant lighting/AV experience.
• Proficient with Grand MA2 consoles.
• Experience programming QLab and Hippotizer is desirable.
• Experience in large venues and live theatre shows.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in production.

Responsibilities

• Operate lighting and AV for theatre shows and venues onboard.
• Maintain and repair lighting equipment and displays.
• Program lighting for visiting artists and shows.
• Lead training for other crew on lighting operation.
• Support emergency procedures and drills as required.
