Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing lift and electrical compliance contracts.
• Demonstrated success in project and programme management within M&E or building services.
• Proficiency in budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong skills in contractor and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead lift and electrical compliance programs and projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans, specifications and tender documents.
• Track progress to meet timelines, budgets and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct feasibility studies, options appraisals and technical reports.
• Oversee contractors for repairs, servicing and maintenance contracts.
• Audit contractor performance for compliance with specs and statutory obligations.
• Facilitate progress meetings with contractors and consultants.
• Ensure accurate certification and reporting are maintained in systems.
