Job summary

ThruDark is seeking a senior creative product leader to own the vision, direction and end-to-end creation of the Lifestyle category. You’ll set the multi-season direction, translate customer insight into a premium apparel collection, and lead concept-to-launch in collaboration with Design and Product Development.

Qualifications

• Strong track record leading premium apparel collections from concept to launch.
• Originated strong product concepts and shaped distinctive seasonal collections.
• Exceptional creative judgement and a strong point of view on premium apparel, materials and brand expression.
• Proven ability to translate brand vision, customer insight and cultural relevance into compelling product ideas and briefs.
• Confident operating at senior level, setting direction and presenting recommendations to senior teams.
• Deep understanding of garment construction, materials, manufacturing and product development.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-season creative and product vision for the Lifestyle category.
• Build the seasonal collection concept, narrative and range direction.
• Shape the collection architecture for balance, coherence and purpose.
• Use customer insight and trends to identify opportunities and inspire ideas.
• Originate product concepts and write detailed briefs defining purpose and design intent.
• Lead the full concept-to-launch process through design, prototyping, sampling and approvals.
• Direct silhouette, colour, materials and detailing with feedback to Design.
• Translate concepts into technically resolved products with Development.
• Lead range and product reviews and champion timely approvals.
• Maintain coherence across the collection balancing innovation with wearability and quality.
• Lead cross-functional Lifestyle agenda across Design, Development, Merchandising, Marketing and Digital.
• Present Lifestyle vision and roadmap to Product Director and senior leadership.
