Job summary

Places for People Group, through Places Leisure, is seeking a Lifeguard Supervisor to oversee pool operations, supervise customers and fellow lifeguards, and ensure health and safety of pool users at all times. You will support high standards of customer service and poolside cleanliness, and respond to queries promptly.

A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential; training will be provided if you do not have a Pool Plant Operations License.

Qualifications

• NPLQ is essential for the role.
• Full training provided if you do not possess a Pool Plant Operations License.
• Previous supervisor experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customers and lifeguards poolside.
• Ensure the health & safety of pool users at all times.
• Oversee building operations and pool environment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and poolside cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to customer queries.
